We had a great time and then never spoke again?

So I'm 20, new in the city, I go to uni and I met this guy on a dating app who is also 20 and is in the second year of uni, he studies physics. We texted and decided to meet and go to the cinema. We met around 6pm, went to the cinema on foot and then came back also on foot - the meeting was like 6 hours, I came home at midnight. We walked 14km, talked about everything - he's a very intelligent, organized, ambitious guy, we talked about deep topics, about life goals, I felt great because our conversation was very meaningful, it's hard to find that nowadays. We talked about our past, our fears, our uni degrees, about people etc it was just great. He also liked it, I asked him questions he was never really asked by anyone. He said he made his profile because he wanted to find friends or even a lover outside of his circle, his uni.

When the movie ended around 10pm first he wanted to catch a bus but our convo was so nice that he decided that we should walk.

He walked me home, even tho we walked through his dorm. When we were saying bye he said that it was very nice to talk and he said something like 'see you again... maybe'.

So it's been a week and we haven't contacted each other at all. Nothing. I deleted my profile on this dating app but we follow each other on instagram. I don't know what to think, why hasn't he texted me or anything? Maybe he's waiting for me to make a move? But I guess boys aren't that complicated. What's wrong? I know he's busy with uni work but well. I'm used to guys texting me sth like 'thanks for today' after a date, here it didn't happen. Nothing happened. Why is that? I don't get it.

Like u are having an amazing time with someone, out of a movie, and then never speak again. It's just weird. He isn't some type of playboy, he's a very polite, busy guy.
