Why are men wearing GREEN wedding bands instead of gold ones?

I noticed that years ago and they are still wearing the green 💚🍏 ones. What are they made of and is there some special significance to them?

there is green gold, I'm not sure if they use it in wedding bands.
Black hills gold traditionally has yellow gold, rose gold and green gold in their designs.
There are a lot of alternative wedding bands being sold today esp with the stupid high price of gold.
So that is possible that you can get green ones there.

Gold has gotten too expensive so they get wedding rings made out of titanium or tungsten.

I have a gold one that I wear when not at work. While at work I have a greenish stretch rubber one. I do not want to get my good one trashed or dirty at work

It's on the cards to get one in 18kt, retail is awfully overpriced and so far I've not had any the right style from a client
