Is it weird for a guy to not have any female friends?

Do you think it gives off bad vibes if a guy doesn't really have many female friends? I study STEM, work only with men and my Church is a couple of guys only (for the moment). The only contact with women is my mother and occasionally other family members. I have never really liked to hang out either and I'm bad at it, so I don't do it. Do you think I could become weird or something if this continues for long? Do you think I'm weird? :(

Not weird, simply sounds more like you just don't have a ton of opportunities to cultivate female friendships, but like having friends in general, having a female friend or two can round us out a bit.

No, you're not "weird". I don't have many friends either. It's no big deal. Some people are just better off being alone.
