Is he interested in me too?

I met this guy at work, he works here since summer and we never really talked. I work on Saturdays and two more evenings in the week. He works there fulltime everyday.

When we started to talk it was bit off and awkward, searching for words. But he was kind like he was to everyone. That went for like 2 months. Then I started to become interested in him. He liked some of my stories at instagram too. But every time I tried to talk to him it was hard. So I wanted to give up, but when I came to work, he was all cheered up, asked me things, talked a lot to me and asked about my school and hobbies like I was very suprised and got hope again.

Then I found out from my other colleague that he had a date that weekend. I was confused, why he would act interested while he had a date before me? He didn’t told me that either he said he was with his friends.

Now it’s three weeks further and I didn’t heard him talking about that date or any girl and I think he’s still single. He is really sweet to me. I gave him a compliment about his haircut lastweek and he was really suprised at first but he thanked me. Whenever I am at work he seems to cheer up and he always ask me how I am, he tells me stuff about himself, and he even makes sure he helps me whenever I need it and take over some of my tasks while he doesn’t even need to. I catch him staring at me and whenever I am near him he always needs to talk to me or ask me something. He stands up for me against other colleagues and three days after that compliment I gave him he gave me one back while we were alone. He said I smelled good. When there is a joke that's being told and he has to laugh he always looks at me too to see if I laugh too.

We even have our own “thing”. I accidentally put the lights off and back on when he was there on the computer and since then he does it to me whenever i am there and i do it back.

How can I make more moves on him? Should I even make moves? What do I need to do? Should I just let it happen?
