Poll- Should I wear red or purple sweater?

It’s for work. I want look cute and feminine for a guy I like. His fave color is red but some reason I feel the purple will look elegant and pretty I don't know why.

and yes at my job we are allowed wear comfy clothes whatver we want. Everyone has different stylish hoodies, outfits everyday but casual.
