Is it best to ignore your crush at work?

When I first met my coworker i was attracted to him, but brushed it off and didn't think much about it. Within the past 2.5 months, I've noticed him catching glances at me, looking at me with an intense stare, there's so much unspoken that has been non-verbal. We pass in the hallways, I usually say hi, he responds. I decided that I need to let this go. He hasn't approached and talked to me, nor has he asked questions or showed actually actions he wants to know me. It was fun flirting fron afar, im already over it. I'm most likely just fedding his ego, he's playing games with his intense energy.

Well maybe that’s what it is or maybe he feels the same way you do. You haven’t approached him either so I assume so long as you ignore it he will eventually move on and find someone else if that’s what you’re looking for. After all you’re probably not the only woman who has a crush on him who would be more then willing to put in the effort.

I will say if you’re genuinely into him then ask him for coffee see if he wants to go. But if you don’t want to pursue it just be friendly and professional. Say hi and whatever if he does make a move kindly reject it.
