Is it weird to follow him on instagram?

There’s this guy from my work that I’m interested in and I think he might be interested too based off little things. We talk every time we work together and I followed him on instagram the other day, we have some other mutuals from work, and my friend said it was giving stalker and that she’d be creeped out. But I want to know from a guy’s pov if it’d really be that weird or creepy?

I am going to give you the same advice I give everyone that talks about being interested in a coworker. Just snuff that idea right out of your head now before it is too late. It is not a good idea to get romantically involved with someone you work with. What happens when things go south and there is a big fight or worse yet a bad breakup? Are you going to be around someone and work with them that you potentially despise? People don't think of the possible consequences of these things until they happen and it is too late. As for following someone on social media that you work with? Not a good idea. Keep the workplace professional and social things separate.

I mean if you guys have conversations and actually get along with each other, there's nothing wrong with following each other on other sorts of social media and becoming friends. It would be stalkerish if you never talk to them and still start adding them on different social media
