Today, he asked me follow up questions about a conversation we had previously. Should I try talking to him more or is he just a naturally friendly person. He does talk to my other work employees and follows them on social media, so I’m not so sure if this is anything more than being friendly.

Personally, I have had nothing but heartache and bad luck with workplace interests. They usually already have a girlfriend they want to cheat on.
