I think it would more depend on how long you been together. I've know my partner for about 6 months, but we just started dating. I do love him, as a friend. But It'll take some time for me to love him as a partner. Last guy I said I loved was after we had been dating for several months. But obviously it's different for everyone. If I saw my current partner everyday I'd probably be more likely to drop time L word sooner that if I only say him once or twice a week.

If its honest, then yeah say it.

He may feel pressured, he may not return it, it's a lot. But he may also be feeling that.

So best just be open about how you are feeling. Things work out better that way overall.

Depends on how long we been together, and how far we are into our relationship. And how things been going. Sometimes I feel girls say that and be wantin us to say it back. Like a cliche "Oh I love you." lol I never ever reciprocated back if I didn't feel it.
