Can somebody helt me understand?

I’ve been talking to this guy for almost four months. It’s obvious he likes me! We’ve been talking every single day on social media; he even calls me almost weekly. He likes my pictures on Instagram, stalks my social media, and admits it. For example, he mentioned my ex and commented on how he looked. He’s told me he’s mentioned me to his friends, talked about his family to me, and keeps me updated on his life and what’s going on. He says he’s had sexual dreams about us, wants pictures of me all the time (naked or scantily dressed), and recently, he’s started saving them to his phone instead of just on Snapchat. He remembers things I say and small details. He even asks if I’ve mentioned him to my mom and says I should greet her from him?

But here’s what irritates me so much: he never wants to meet. After a lot of back and forth, I managed to arrange a meeting where I took care of everything for him. We had an amazing time, really clicked. We had sex, and afterward, he looked at me with such a loving gaze—you know the look. After our meeting, he became even more engaged, texting me just 10 minutes after I left. He started complimenting me more, sending me memes, and everything felt more personal. He said he got a really good impression of me and mentioned that he doesn’t want to move from where he lives—almost like a hint that if we were to become something more, I’d have to move to him.

But when I hint that I want to meet again, he’s just as “vague” as he’s always been. He says, “Yes, I’d like to, we’ll see, I’ll get it arranged.” We live 10 hours apart by car.

When he’s out drinking, he becomes extra affectionate, tells me he wants to travel with me, reacts to my location on Snap Maps when he sees I’m online, calls me to say how much he wants to have sex with me, and asks if I’m with someone else or going home alone. He even leaves the bar to have phone sex with me instead of meeting a girl and sleeping with her, for instance.

The dude is clearly in love with you if this is an accurate description, but a 10-hour drive is hard to fit into an adult schedule. I doubt he could meet very often no matter how much he wants too. Not to mention gas isn't cheap either ten hours there, ten hours back that's a lot of gas and a lot of time and he's probably cutting sleep short that day not to mention if he has a job or school, he's only available on days off which makes things more complicated still. He sounds like he's totally into you and you sound like you're totally into him so if you want the relationship to work you need to bring this up with him and discuss it to find out where you stand with each other right now.

This is a misunderstanding. He does want, as he said but not enough to travel. So dump him n find someone locally.
