Men do you look at yourself in the mirror? If not why?

I heard someone only told me they only look. in the mirror when they are shaving otherwise they never do. I asked if they find themselves attractive they said yh theyre alright

Maybe a quick glance to see that I didn't miss something when shaving (and even then, only if I'm doing something important and I want to make sure I look good - I'm not that fussed just for work unless I'm meeting with a new customer).

I probably spend less than 60 seconds a week looking in a mirror on average, with some weeks peaking to as much as 3 or 4 minutes. I've got better things to do.

Yep that's the gist of it... You have to use a mirror to cut your hair and shave your face or you might miss a spot. The mirror is in front of the sink, so obviously it is there when you brush your teeth or wash your hands after going to the bathroom, but it's not something I pay attention to unless I am shaving face/hair cut.

If I have to wear a tie tie I might also take a 2 second glance to make sure my collar is orderly and my tie is straight. That's about it.

Yeah many times a day. If I don't I'll just slowly stop caring & turn into a caveman in looks.

I do look at myself in the mirror, luckily it doesn't shatter or explode although that would be pretty cool

Other than when I shave or wash my face, no. Men aren’t usually obsessed w their looks. We don’t have to worry about makeup or fake eyelashes or our hair.

I look in the mirror every day. Not just tonnage, but to see what might have changed and what others see.
