Both men and women in our ancestry were successful gene spreaders so we are all descended from successful spreaders.
Whilst women do complain about this it is actually ancestral Eve's fault because she hid her estrus. Consequently we don't know when women are fertile. So we need to give girls at least two shots a week and preferably once a day for best results i. e. pregnancy.
It is all straight forward consequences of hidden estrus.
