My coworker said he likes to see me smile. Does he like me?

My coworker sensed that I was off today, quieter and not in the mood. He came to me and asked me what's wrong. I tried to make light of the situation, he then told the team to make me laugh and make me feel good, he did eventually and I laughed. He then jokingly asked to be paid and I offered him a biscuit but he declined. He said that seeing me smile was enough. What can you interpret from that? Does this behavior indicates that he's interested in me?
He's the type of person that always jokes around, he roams a lot around my desk and teases me more often, but he's always around other women too, so I can't really tell if I'm just another one of them girls.

As his shift ended, he opened the office door to leave, but just before disappearing behind it, he glanced in my direction. I caught it. Then, he pushed the door open again and waited until I looked up at him. Our eyes locked for a solid three seconds. Then, he traced a smile on his face. I responded by pulling the corners of my lips with my fingers. He laughed before finally leaving. Was he flirting? Or am I overthinking it? PS: I wasn’t even that sad.

Not really. Maybe he’s just a happy person. Doesn’t like seeing people sad. I know I’ll always ask women at work if something is wrong when I see they’re not their usual self. There’s not much there to say he’s really interested. He likes joking sound sounds like it.

He knows by saying he likes your ass or tits, he, most likely be viewed as a "perv" but by referring to your smile or eyes, his chances of getting into your pants increase by a high percentage. That is the reality of life (in most cases, not all cases of course)
