What’s the point of lying to another woman that he is “single” while also being romantic/sexual with her knowing he has a girlfriend at home. I understand it, not to a personal point but to a logical and generalized point of view, many humans are greedy and selfish, they go by the more the better, when it comes to men that objectify women I wouldn't put it past them to have the same mentality with women, the more the better, pussy the more the better, it's a selfish mentality and usually people that do this don't consider or think of considering that woman's feelings or emotions, and if they do they just lack the self control to put their woman's feelings over whatever their dicks are telling them to do, if they are single and do hookups then I guess whatever floats their boat but people that do this in relationship are weak minded individuals that want a relationship but can't control themselves or they are selfish and greedy and want both, a relationship and lots of pussy.
