Guys, Is he interested in me or just being work friendly?

A coworker has recently mentioned more than once he has " noticed " me. ( When I am off the clock ) We work at a big corporate gym. We have completely different positions and only see each other in passing, if I go into the area he works to purchase supplements or off the clock training. ( Not often ) He initiates conversation. He makes long held eye contact. He asks me questions. Smiles and always uses my name. I have asked others about him and they all say he isn't super engaging with everyone. He doesn't talk to anyone in the gym while training. Most said they doubt he even knows their names? He doesn't seem to talk much to others outside of his coworkers in the same department. He even mentioned he isn't good at remembering names, just faces. I'm definitely into him. I just want a guys perspective, as we work together. I'm a newer employee so before I ask him to hang out outside of work. I want to understand how a guy might show interest in a workplace, respectfully. I've worked for myself for a long time so this is all new to me.

It's obvious he's interested in you. Show your interest in him, but don't jump into the relationship too quickly.

I won't get upset either way! It felt good. He laughed at my silly nervous banter. I definitely feel he's interested in me with his body language. To be honest I'm just excited I did it! If he isn't open to the invitation that's on him!! 😃 I loved the feeling it gave, zero attachment to the outcome!
