There is a coworker of mine who is quite handsome and sweet, we are same age and I am also his manager, but the thing is he has a girlfriend that is why I’m confused.

He ask people stuff about me, he compliments my outfit, and chit chat with me for sometimes me after we do the work talk stuff.
When we talked about travel destinations, I asked him why he never visited Thailand he says we should go together, once I asked something from him, he brought to me with the coffee I left on other table as well

However, he never ask me out or do anything physically, our finger touched accidentally and both of us awkwardly flinched. Is he just be nice or might interested in me I’m very confused

I am wondering what is confusing you here? Did you not watch a video about work relatioomships, power dynamic, quid pro quo etc when you were onboarded?
He has a girlfriend so what are you trying to do, steal yourself a boyfriend? Nothing you wrote here suggests he has any interest beyond being friendly colleagues.
This is all in your head, and you would be smart to check yourself.
