Is This Guy Just Nice or Is He Interested In Me?

This guy works at a fast food place I frequent. And the past 2 times he's been working there and I ordered food, he's given me an extra sauce for free. I've caught him glancing at me while he's making people's orders and my order. The first time he gave me free sauce, I didn't even tip him because you have to tip before you get your food. The second time I went while he was working, I tipped to repay him for the free sauce he gave me the first time. And I left a receipt on the pick-up counter with my number and a thank you note, thanking him for the free sauce. Honestly didn't expect to get free sauce again but I did. Yay! Oh and the first time he gave me my food, he said "have a good one" and maintained eye contact for a few seconds. I'm just unsure if he was just being friendly or if he fancies me? What do y'all think?

I don't think he got my note so I wrote a new one I'm going to give him when I go in again. And I'm planning on getting him a gift card for my favorite local cafe/bakery to repay him for his generosity. The sauces are like $2.50 each. So if he's comping for those sauces, he's already spent $5 so far. We'll see if he sneaks me ranch again, I'll order the same thing.
