Guy's Behavior

Guys, Does he like me or is he just doing his job?

So I noticed This guy who works at the gym watch me workout here and there i thought it was normal. One day he saw someone bug me at the gym so the next day when i came in he asked me if that guy bothered me and to let him know if someone does bother me. That was very masculine so immediately I was kind of interested but I don't know if he's doing his job or actually cared hahah. Today his friends and him were blocking the way and when i came he told them all to move and make room for me to pass by …. later on he made eye contact w me until i left the gym- again maybe just doing his job I don't know. But do you think he could be interested? We are around the same age I don't know
