At work this guy gives me an intense stare from across the room when I’m talking to someone?

So me and this guy both work in a casino… I’m a cocktail server and he’s in another department, we make small talk here and there but he gives me this intense stare from across the room whenever I’m talking to someone but I’m other side of the room …. I’ll look up at him while I’m talking to the person and he holds the stare…. What does this mean…
