Do men still want stay at home wives or is that an outdated concept?

Well, she did stay home when we had our kids. She works again now that they are in school.

No daycare. No stranger was going to raise our kids.

I'm fine with my wife working but not a "CAREER".

She works 40 hours a week, one night a week in which she gets off at 9. If she was working 60-70 hours a week, taking jobs requiring travel where she is away from home, spending time hanging out at hotel bars/restaurants with co-workers, wanting to get extra degrees and relocate for a year for studies for more degrees so she could get some promotion... I never would have dated her.

That isn't wife material. Such women should stay single even though simps still marry them.

Yes most men would like a wife who would like to stay home. Who wants to raise the kids, cook, clean etc. I said who wants. I didn’t say women had to. But if she doesn’t want that then as a man if you want that then you move on to find someone who wants that same thing. Most men won’t say it because they’re shamed for it. But w that said, these days both people have to work to make ends meet. I am fortunate enough to have that type of marriage going on 17 years. She hasn’t had to work for the last 14. That’s what works for us.
