He broke up with me and allegedly has a girl but keeps reaching out to me. We finally had a talk on the phone and he told me he would understand if I wanted to go no contact to heal. Literally the next morning he messages me like we didn't have the convo and I said "why do you do this to me?" And he's like "what do you mean?" And rattles on like normal and I don't respond and then on valentines he's like happy valentines <3 like why do guys do this? Like why worry about me you don't want me but I don't get the pleasure of moving on in your mind?

He wants control….. Narcissists feel as if they are entitled to control over you. Even if they’re the ones who broke it off especially when who they ran off to doesn’t work out they want someone to fall back on.

If he can’t leave you alone block him tell him to stop and if he doesn’t block. The only time either of you should be reaching out is a absolute emergency. That includes you have a STD, you’re pregnant, or he has a STD. Stuff like that

He just wants to keep you attached so you supply him energy. As well as have you to fall back on. Narcissists never focus on just the person they're with they always have a backup plan
