Is it normal to have really strong urge to hug someone?

i have a coworker that i always want to hug and like i haven't but i feel strong urge to many times its confusing me sometime. why do i feel like rlly strong urge almost electrifying towards him only it bothers me.

Just ask if you can…. Maybe you’re really attracted or maybe you feel like he needs a hug for some reason empathetically. Don’t just hug someone at work just ask if you can and if he says sure
