A bloke at work acts like he likes me, his eyes light when he talks to me, he mirrors me and faces my direction. Went he not at work he won’t contact and he calls me mate all the time. I’m confused does he like me or not?

some people like to keep their work life separate from their personal life. sometimes that's a good thing because personal issues can interfere with work relationships and make things awkward.

Only the first shows he likes you , he was happy to see you. The other stuff is no indicated either way but he does like you.
