Why are millennial men so immature and disrespectful?

Today a guy my same age threw the recipe at me and I stop to prove I had paid for a cake for a church gathering. I wasn't rude to the guy or anything I walk just like any other customers I showed him and told him Hi I am here to pick up a cake. This guy I mean he had no business skill what so ever had the nerved to throw the recipient at me. I ask to speak with his manager and he refused called me a fat Karen and laughed. I tough at first he was the manager turns out he was just an employee 31 year old looser who didn't do carp with his life after highschool but still has the mindset of a 10 year old. Another employee had to called the manager. I just can't why are millennial men like this? Why are millennial men a bunch of spoiled men child's? I don't understand you will never see this behavior in a generation X men.

People of both sexes and generations can be very rude or very nice. I personally am very nice to people unless they give me a reason not to be if anyone is a Karen it’s him.

I love how these people play the victim by the way because most of these “Karen’s” people who are Gen X and older also worked retail as well as service jobs at one point. They know there is no way in hell that they could ever treat customers that way and get away with it. But things have changed they can’t afford to pay people well and finding anyone is better then nobody.

If he won’t get you a manager go to the service desk and ask to speak with the manager on duty. That may be a AM or department manager but it’s better then nobody. If they are unhelpful go to the GM even then DM if needed just keep going higher up the chain. If nobody is helpful don’t give them your business.

I’m just kidding, I actually agree with you. Based on your username I’m assuming you’re 31-32? So I’m pretty much the same age (30) and many people in our generation weren’t brought up right. But if we’re going to lump all the people in a generation together with a mass generalization, we might as well blame the boomers for not raising us right.

Listen kid each and every individual is responsible for each of their own actions. Do not blame your faults onto others. Boomers do not owe us anything. In fact I noticed boomers are hard working people and most became wealthy thanks to their hard work. Millennials want everything handed over on a silver platter. No life doesn't work like that.
