I have a huge crush on a guy and we get on well. We always make strong eye contact and most mornings he says good morning to me first. I sometimes catch him staring at me.

This morning, I noticed that he has more or less shaved his beard off.

I complimented him and said it looks nice. He said “thank you” but then kept saying he didn’t like it, his mum doesn’t like it etc. as if to seek constant reassurance. He said that he’d said to his mum “I am half of you so I have your looks”.

I said that I’m glad I don’t have my dad’s nose because it’s a beak. I then said I have my mums eyes.

He said “you’re blessed then”

Was he subtly complimenting my looks? Does he think I’m attractive? What did he mean?

Yes he said that following your comment about your eyes, but you also mentioned not inheriting a beak nose. To me, that’s what it sounds like he’s saying you’re blessed not to have. This isn’t me saying he doesn’t find you attractive, I wouldn’t know personally, I just don’t think this is the right situation to gauge his interest.

Well…I have a feeling he finds me attractive. When we talk, he constantly stares into my eyes and smiles the whole time. I also catch him staring at me sometimes. He will then smile and say hi. He always stares at me as he walks towards me. There’s more stuff but I don’t want to bore you haha.
