this guy has been staring at me a lot when I’m not looking but we never make eye contact and he looks away everytime I catch him but the thing is he only talked to me once about work and we made eye contact for the first time but he still looks away when I look at him and doesent really try to talk to me

(I did started staring at him first he probably is looking at me because he thinks why am I always looking at him but I’m not sure if he actually thinks I’m attractive)
