I was on a face time with my cousin and he told me your face got slimmer ( I was chubby in the past and we haven't seen each other for like 1 year and that was our first face time ) does he mean that I look pretty now? He repeated the sentence like 2 to 3 times

Don’t read that much into it. You should only be worried about if you think you’re pretty. Over analyzing things like this often will make you grow up to be incredibly insecure. It literally does not matter what he thinks and you shouldn’t care because whether he meant it in a good or bad way, then what?
