Help a girl out?

This guy clearly has feelings for me to some degree. When he sees me he smiles and looks at me constantly. He talks to his friends about me apparently but when I say good morning or hi when I see him he either ignores me or acts confused when I say it but says it back. No idea what is running through his mind. I'm at an age I don't like mind games but I'm too shy to come out and say anything with the fear or him thinking I'm weird.
