My boyfriend won’t make plans with me?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 4 months. We are semi-long distance. We live 45 mins away. It was his birthday a few days ago and last month, I attempted to make plans with him for his birthday. He told me he wasn’t too sure yet. And a few days before his birthday, I asked again if he had birthday plans and he was still undecided but I told him to let me know whenever he’s up for doing something. He was debating on staying in, but I figured we would still go out together regardless some time for his birthday. His birthday comes around but we are both busy and that’s ok. We knew we would be. He had work and I had school. The day after his birthday, I wait for some clarification as to whether we were gonna do something at all. He never got back to me. This made me mad. So I tell him that I had attempted to make plans with him for his birthday twice, one time being a month ago. And he never got back to me so it felt like I was dismissed and I refused to ask a 3rd time. He said he didn’t mean for it to come off that way and that he just decided to take it easy and have some peace at home. I told him that was fine but for him to not follow up and tell me made me feel like I was shut down for trying to spend time with him. He apologized and asked if I wanted to hang out next week. I ignored this question because I felt it was out of obligation at that moment. I have a birthday gift I want to give him but I don’t want to ask once again when we can see each other. But then I feel bad for “withholding” his birthday gift. He doesn’t even know I got him one. Any thoughts or advice? He said he’d be better at communicating. Now I’m wondering if I should have just said yes to plans next week instead of ignoring the question.

Dude you have to slow down. You’re coming on like some crazy female. Crazy women are good for fucking, not dating. It’s been 4 months, hasn’t even been a year. One thing about men is that a lot of us don’t really celebrate our birthdays, it’s just like any other day. We don’t usually make a big deal of it the way a lot of women do. Who knows maybe something bad happens around his birthday that’s why he doesn’t celebrate it much. Maybe he just wanted to chill at home. I don’t ever recall really ever celebrating my birthday. I like to be home, have dinner, a cake, maybe watch a movie on tv but that’s about it. A lot of men are like that. But you’re making it way more important to yourself than it sounds like it is to him. Now if this was about not spending time together cause he does this all the time that would be different. But you’re talking about one specific thing here.

Only 4 months and he's already acting like y'all have been together for 4 years.. Maybe he's just stressed and don't really care for his birthday and so don't really like to do much for it. But yeah you should have agreed to the date next week, and let him know how you feel in person..

It came from last year when I was driving to work. I had stopped at the traffic lights in a day dream and I looked to the right where there was a field. Something in the field caught my eye. It was a giant horse erect wenus, like it was huge. At first I didn't even see the horse just is massive wenus. I was absolutely enthralled and distracted and I was so excited by it that I didn't see the green light and cars behind were beeping. When I got to work I noticed that I was dripping wet down there.
