I posted a picture on Facebook of me as I hardly post pictures on Friday and Saturday I recieved a private message saying mmmm looking good, I asked "what is" and he replied your looking 👌 I just replied I'm alright I guess and then he never responded.

it's not the first time it's happened my ex used to send wrong texts meant for other women as well.

Is this a common thing with men?

I'd posted a picture the day before and since he hasn't many Facebook friends he'd have seen it before then so why the next afternoon... Yeah defo wasn't for me.. It was a normal badly taken pic of me anyway

I think it's normal for people to give compliments. If he liked how you looked, he just had to give the photo a like in Facebook without messaging you, so it seems like there may be something more going on in his head. Either that, or he doesn't want whoever he's currently in a relationship with to see what he's liking.
