Help I can't understand if he is interested or not?

He asked me out couple times but I never was free or I didn't want to go that time He was never texting me a lot he just texted to ask me to meet in live ! Ps. we still didn't met in live just online He asked again I wasn't in the city and he said he will wait for me to come... Then we didn't texted for 11 days then I wrote him that I still not in the city and that I went in my home country but that I will text him when I back if I don't forget! He answered with just Enjoy:) and heart reaction to my messages! What you guys think he is still interested or not?

If you’re interested then you’re the one at this point whose going to have to put yourself out there. I would be careful dating online but nonetheless. Personally after being turned down I start to loose interest even if someone’s legitimately busy or just not in the mood to go somewhere I can understand that but I know if someone’s interested they will find time to see me.

It does sound like he’s loosing interest and possibly talking to someone whose giving him the attention as well as he effort he’s giving. Most people don’t want to be the one putting all the effort it it’s one sided and a waste of time. Maybe he figures you’re either playing games or really just not that into him.

Makes sense... But I think that I showed him that I interested in meeting him with the text I sent to him , and if he was he should keep the conversation going and not replying with just one word "enjoy"
I will text him that I back and will see if he gonna reply
The dilemma is why he is still replying if he's not interested!

Because you’re still talking maybe he’s a little interested but you’re not really taking any initiative to plan any other dates after he asked you.

Sometimes Interest fades instead of going away slowly. But I can’t really blame him it seems like things are stalling.

I can't plan dates because I not in the city still travelling but I texted him so he should understand...
And now I don't know if I should or not to text him and to tell him that I back and to meet?
How to know if he's gonna answer?

He is waiting but people Will only wait so long if there’s no follow up. But just keep messaging him and showing interest when you’re coming back.

At some point if it’s not working out you can break it off. Not wasting your own time or his.

It seems like he is still interested, but I suggest you do something to show you are interested in him. Saying you will text him when your return if you don't forget, does not sound like he is important to you and if i were him would wonder if you are interested at all.

I don't know if you read all text but I write that ne never texted me much he just wrote me to text if I here or to ask me out
And It told him that I will be here next week and he didn't texted me that week so I texted him that I still not back... So I think I showed him that I interested because I texted him

I did read that. It does sound like he is interested in you because he has asked you out a couple of times. I suggest texting him when you get back to see if he replies. If a guy is interested, he will normally reply quickly, unless he is working somewhere that does not allow phones to be used during work hours.

Yes he usually replies very quick the latest answer was after 1h
And today he replied after 1 minute but with one word like enjoy:) and heart reaction on my messages
And I still don't understand the meaning of his message...
So I guess it's not that important when guys reply, the message and involving in conversation is more important!

Sounds like he could be but he's not holding his breath because your the one who keeps rejecting/ turning him down

He is but also your kinda saying your not interested with your not being able to meet. He might be letting go.
