Is 25 inches too big of a waist do guys care?

How tall are you and what is your general shape and BMI?

The measurement itself is okay for sure , but you are very young , so focus on retaining great shape between 15 - 25 , this is the time that sets up your metabolism , so be very conscious of everything you put in your body and get plenty of exercise.

Make it a lifelong habit , no processed foods or soda , you will set yourself up.

Any worthwhile guy you wish to date later = he cares for sure , as go for fit healthy young men , certainly , and good luck.

I used to struggle with body image but im okay now it's just that I get worried about whats average because I don't eat really healthy food because Im a picky eater

Yes, it was body image issues I was worried about. When I was your age, I had a very good friend who went through absolute hell with body image, and an eating disorder. Your post scared me quite a bit to be honest.

When you say you don't eat healthy and are a picky eater... does that mean you eat a lot of food that's bad for you, and not enough good stuff (fruits and vegetables and whatnot)?

Well I can tell you that a 25 inch waist is small. It's below average for sure. So much so that it set my alarm bells off. How often do you think about stuff like this these days?

I don't really a lot of vegetables but mostly sugar or pizza bites or fast food I don't mind fruit though. I usually think about it like every few days like whenever I wear fitted clothes

That's fair, I guess my diet was exactly the same when I was in high school. I'm just glad you're eating properly (enough, and keeping it down).

So here I painted myself into a corner. I asked how often you think about this thinking I was being sly. I was hoping to guage how much you might be struggling with your body image. I did not think this through.

As soon as I read your answer of every few days or when you wear fitted clothes... I went... crap. What's a "normal amount" for a 15 year old girl to think about this?

That seems like a lot to me. But maybe it's not (which would just be so freaking sad). I don't know. So I'll just ask you: Are you doing okay?

I think im doing okay I actually used to cut (self harm) and just got 1 year sober last month I still have bad days and things that make me think about relapsing but I just turn on a show that makes me feel happy and go to sleep hoping for a better day tomorrow

Congratulations on 1 year sober!!! That's amazing! I am so goddamn happy for you.

Your bound to have those bad days, but you just keep on taking it one day at a time, and make sure you've got some show you're interested in ready-to-hand.

A decade ago, I knew a girl who was 16 and I was 30. She needed to get sober, I did too. She became my "little sister" for a couple of years.

I used to always say to her: You're so young, if you can get a handle on this... it'll be like it never happened (in terms of what kind of life/lifestyle you end up living).

It was great to see her a few years later, sober, happy and just a normal 21 year old girl. It was like it never happened. She got her whole (adult) life back.

This immediately made me think of her. You're even younger, and have already got a year under your belt. That's so fucking great. It'll be, like it never happened for you too. It'll take a few years, but it'll seem like a different lifetime (even more than it already does)
