There is not really any context to this to tell for sure. Asking a personal question at work doesn't mean someone is interested in you. I am sure you have done it yourself. Have you ever heard someone ask someone else they work with what they had going on the upcoming weekend? That is personal. Personal things get discussed at work all the time during small talk. That doesn't mean the two people (or more) like each other or are romantically interested in each other. I would be interested to know what the question was. That could change a lot which is why I mention the lack of context being the problem here. You should give the question the person asked and any relevant context of the situation or else no one can really answer this.
