Because they don't have the skills enough to think a head of any moment. They react instead Process the moment. You are the only person on the inside of you. You can only control you yourself. So do it
. You can't do it if you snap your self. And the reason why people snap. Because they freak out because they don't know what to do so they blow every thing up because Their scares are gonna look a certain way. Their scares are gonna be judge

And yes , that's what happens when you snap

Like she said, you can only control yourself. There's other things that you cannot control But.
If you halfway know what you're doing , you could fix it That is a form of control from yourself and from whatever the problem might be
