But if it's something else abd if they get away with it and are not held accountable then they Continue to do it

Isn't avoiding to take responsibility not case sensitive? Sure it may often mean a lack of maturity, or precisely be a sign of maturity... Knowing what particular responsibilities involve may lead to accept or reject them according one's knowledge, capabilities and desires.
