Why does not this man dm me though he always looks at my stories?

He is from Denmark and I am from east part of Europe... I mean we are not in same countries or dont share same cultures. By the way he follows a few people and post nothing but always I see him under my stories... I think if I were a man I d write the girl who I know that much about her life 😀 but he does not... 🙄

It is difficult to know. He could be in a relationship with someone and does not feel comfortable sending DMs to another woman.
