What are the possible reasons he blocked me?

I blocked him on both numbers (Long time ago)
I changed my phone number (long time ago)
I removed him from Facebook.
I ignored his calls and messages on Facebook since March of last year 2024

I did all of this to avoid falling in love because he told me he was not looking for a relationship with me but was doing the opposite telling everyone I was his girlfriend, getting jealous, and acted like he was in love.
I was never curious to stalk him until last month I noticed he blocked me. He called me just a few weeks before. I know I shouldn’t care anymore but I never bother him and if I ignored was only to love myself because he’s extremely attractive and I felt ugly. I continued to post my trips, recipes, etc… I didn’t even have him on Facebook and I just ignored him.😞 omg
