When you say whenever I speak out loud, those times you speak out loud is that when you’re trying to speak up for yourself or defend someone, something? Because if so maybe you don’t have the confidence in yourself, causing your voice to crack.

Lost the genetic lottery or maybe your vocal folds are too thin and short or maybe you dont talk from your chest. There is voice training you can do out there to maybe get your voice where you want it.
