What does a quick eyebrow raise mean? Is that a sign of disgust?

There is a guy in my class who normally says hello how are you to me when we see each other and I would respond back with I’m doing fine and sometimes have a little bit of small talk not too much. He seems friendly and all. Well a few days ago I wasn’t feeling too well because I’m dealing with some medical issues and he spoke to me and said hi. I spoke but I wasn’t in the best mood because I wasn’t feeling well. I was just mentally exhausted. I spoke to him back and said hi but I didn’t look him in the face when I said it. Well today when I entered the building and saw him, he didn’t speak this time instead as I was passing, when he saw me he just gave me a quick nonverbal eyebrow raise. Do you think that this is a negative sign?

Now it mean hello in a non verbal ways can also be sign of showing interest in a person. Never a bad things, can mean also "sup"
