Too scared to talk to crush?

there is this guy who works at the grocery store near my home that I like. However, every time I get close to him, I feel like a fool because I have really bad anxiety. Recently, we made eye contact, and I almost had a panic attack! He did a double take, and I couldn't even look back—I was only able to glance at him from the corner of my eye. I've never experienced this before; it's easy for me to talk to other guys, but with him, it's so difficult. I thought about asking him about his tattoo, but I don’t want to get him in trouble at work any advice?

I have anxiety like that. I can talk to women pretty normally, but I lose it when I was around my crush. I assume look normal on the outside, but internally I'm panicking. I'm wanted to talk to her when she wasn't close, but I bacame deeply afraid of talking her when I actually was near her.

That's pretty close to how I reacted to my crush. She complimented the weight I was lifting. She was taking over the rack I was using. My mind went to a different space, so I just cleaned up my mess and moved on. I then stealthily observed her from a distance.
