Men don't have their hands down their pants, at least not when someone else is around (regardless of your relationship. There is no closeness of friendship that suddenly makes this socially acceptable or anything).

Knowing nothing else about these guys... I'm going to suggest that it's not the best sort of guys who have their hands down their pants "so much."

I don't know any guys that just casually stuff their hands in their pants, especially for an extended period. If anything, we just do a quick adjustment, in private, but even then it's rare to actually go into the pants for that.
