there's this guy at work that I think... likes me but im not sure. he's around me all the time and other people started to notice. He's either motivating me or teasing me. It suddenly started to slow down when we both said our ages. He 21 was in disbelief when I told him my age 27 and couldn't believe I was much older than him. He never said I was too old or anything but I noticed he started distancing himself a little.

He, his manager and I were in the break room a few days later and he was talking to his manager. He was in the middle of telling her how he's glad she's his manager and he says she if she was his girl he would do a lot for her but because she's older (35) she can't be so he'll be her mentor instead and motivate her. Sounds crazy.
