People tell me I'm brutally honest all the time. Simple fact I've noticed is that nobody, and I mean nobody, takes honesty well. Honest truth has to be dolled up and delivered all polished and shiny, making sure to stroke the ego and soften the blow that the naked truth would, and should, deliver. Everyone thinks with their emotions anymore, not critically or logically. It's near impossible to try and steer them into basic truths without offending them in some way.

Being honest with myself, well that's easy; I can accept my shortcomings and even strive to improve.

Currently, I find it very easy to be honest with myself. It hasn't been always the case, I come from a long way.

About others, depends what we mean with honesty, I see no good in being brutally honest, as it easily turns into egotistic positions such as "I'm going to tell you what I think because I don't give a fuck". So, honesty with others, okay, but with intelligence in the mix, emotional intelligence please.

About equal. I think the things I can't admit to myself are equally difficult to admit to others, but generally if I can admit it to myself I can admit it to whoever. I don't have the best filter though, and I'm a terrible liar.

I find it very easy to be honest with myself and also with people I care about especially with my close friend and my partner. So, I'll say it's equally easy.

Both , because lying gets ya no where , so it’s best to be honest no matter what , whether someone disagrees with you or not , if someone can’t handle your honesty then they can walk to other way

It's much easier to be honest with others. Went I want to hide things from myself, my subconscious is a sneaky little bastard. When I do realize that my brain is doing judo on me, it's very unsettling.

I can be dead honest with myself. With others, I am honest but don't always reveal everything, depending on with whom or under what circumstances.
