Girls, what do you need to see in a guy that makes you think he'll be a good father?

How he treats kids whether his nephews and nieces or strangers kid's. Does he usually light up when he sees other kids, does he enjoy playing with them and how gentle he is.. when kids start acting difficult or stubborn, whether he handles it with ease (firm but still loving in a way. Saying no if you have to).

Patience. He needs to have lot of patience as kids can be quite moody and stubborn at times. He needs to know that many times you need to try different approaches in order to teach/guide kids something or understand them. He needs to be attentive so kids won't feel neglected or he won't miss out on their important events. He also need know how to make sure kids can trust you if they need help/want to share something with you if they struggle to share something with others. So, yeah, creating a safe space for them so they can come to you. Being reliable, attentive and patient.

Financial stability is important too as you will need to invest a lot of money in their schools and college/university someday and they will want toys, expect fun trips and tend to growth out of their clothes soon.
