I think they're different.

I would consider a bad person more obtuse, self centered and clueless, but probably not actively intending to hurt people. Just kind of being only concerned about themselves, and not really considering the possibility that they're hurting other people.

An evil person is more intentional about hurting others. This is someone who is hurting people as part of their goal.

I say yes. Bad = doesn't care selfish (most people). Evil = want to create chaos for their own pleasure.

I would say a bad guy is more egocentric and an evil guy is more narcissist if this make sense

There may be a difference about degree. a bad guy is a bad guy and an evil guy is a worse guy.
