Why would a guy coworker look down when you enter a meeting?

There’s a guy at work who seems to blow hot and cold with me, I think he finds me attractive. Lately when I go to a meeting with him and other coworkers, they will acknowledge me and say hi and he will look down into his laptop and not acknowledge me, But he’s fine at other times when we are one to one. Why?

Unless it affects your paycheck, don’t worry about why coworkers do or don’t do something. Your primary reason for going to work is to do your job. Yes, making friends at work is a great bonus, but remember, that’s not the primary reason you’re there.
