Maybe try to understand his reasons. Maybe his parents had a bad marriage. maybe he got bullied a lot in school and stayed away from people. Maybe he's introverted. Don't just toss him away try to understand his reasons. Everyone was a virgin once.

If I let her know that I'm accustomed to being kept strictly and permanently celibate by virtually every woman who's owned me, she'll likely decide to do the same thing herself, and nothing makes a sweet little incel/pay pig sweeter or more generous than a self centered Bitch Goddess who takes great pride in refusing to let me inside.
