I think you're unclear about what "casual" means. You have no claim on this person's time or interests except when you two connect. If you can't connect, that's the result of being casual. Sometimes you hook up, other times you won't.

Maybe you need to have more partners. It appears the men you're with on occasion have other partners, or don't want to be bothered with you as much as you want to be bothered with them.
