Do he care about me?

This guy I’m been dating for about 6 months. I asked if he cared about me and he said get some sleep then I ask him again he called me irritated saying why you ask me that dumb question you already know the answer to it. Do he care or no.

How many times have you asked? Has he answered before? If you've asked him many times before and he's given you an answer before then I understand his irritation.

If you haven't asked before or you've asked but he hasn't given you an answer, then you need to consider how he treats you. Does he treat you well? Take you out? Take care of you? Does he worry when you get sick? If he does all these things and more then he obviously cares about you. It could be that he's not ready to say it yet. Maybe that's why he told you that you already know the answer. Some guys can be stupid and overthink things, perhaps he sees saying 'yes he cares' as being the same as saying he loves you.

In the end, its up to you to decide though, I don't think people online can say for sure whether he cares about you or not.
