Why do men ask me to rate them out of 10? it’s happened more than a couple of times now?

I'm not sure i would assume because it gives them validation and confidence to try and get what they want from you. Dating apps many people are looking for many different things. I think that's there way of saying they are looking for something different. On the precautions question I didn't want to say so... but there will be way more people you don't want to connect with then you do. That doesn't mean you won't find people worth it... you just have to try harder. You know you are a 10 find someone else who believes that without asking validation. Those men who ask just make it easy to see they aren't it... see it that way.

Have to agree with you on that. There have been a few good matches, but as you rightly pointed out…. way more people who just don’t resonate with what I’m looking for. Anyway, onwards and upwards…who knows what can happen.
